As the Chief Operations Officer and Director of Client Experience at Midwest Investment and Business Advisors, I manage the daily operations of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I also oversee communication with our clients, gathering any information they may need. Providing exceptional customer service is a top priority for me, as it allows Don to focus on investing and being readily available to our clients.

Before embarking on my current career, I spent seven years working for the Marriott Corporation in their Management Program and then as a Food Service Director in their corporate division at various accounts around Chicagoland. After my time with Marriott, I was fortunate enough to be an at-home mom for 17 years. During this time, I pursued my Microsoft Office Specialist certification, which I achieved after two years of classes. I then worked for 14 years at Lincoln-Way High School District 210 as an Administrative Assistant in the District Office, supporting three administrators: the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, the Director of Data, Assessment, and Innovation, and the Director of Community Relations. I also served as the liaison to the Lincoln-Way Foundation Board, assisting the Executive Director.

My educational journey began at Bradley University in Peoria, IL, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. This background has been instrumental in shaping my career and my approach to client service.

I am passionate about assisting Don in being the best advisor he can be. MIBA has a culture built on an unwavering commitment to serving others and helping clients feel confident about their financial future. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is helping Don care for his clients. I admire the depth of his knowledge and his tireless work ethic. His integrity is something I deeply appreciate, and I have no doubt that he always puts the interests of his clients first. As a woman, I particularly value how Don supports our female clients who may be widowed or divorced, guiding them competently through their financial decisions.

Being service-minded is a core part of who I am, and I genuinely enjoy assisting with the daily needs of our clients and constantly improving the client experience. I strive to ensure that our clients feel heard and that their questions are answered promptly. I want them to have peace of mind, knowing that we will take care of their financial needs and communicate with them when projects are complete.

An Illinois native, I currently reside in New Lenox with my husband, Don. Together, we have three adult children and one delightful grandson. Outside of work, I've been actively involved in various organizations, primarily through our church. I participated in the Religious Education program for many years while our children were growing up, served on the Parish Council, and both Don and I were RCIA Directors for 12 years. I was also involved in Girl and Boy Scouts with our children. In my free time, I am happiest when surrounded by my family. I love to travel, read, cook, and take part in the Zolfo family tradition of making wine. Volunteering has been a significant part of my life, and I've enjoyed contributing my time and energy to our kids' schools and our church.
